Integrated Mental Health Associates believes in providing open, professional, and, above all, effective mental health services to all those in need. We believe in a collaborative teaching model that offers new clinicians the skills needed to reach licensure and eventually run their own practice if desired.
We hire on a as needed basis for the following positions:
Individual Therapist: LMSW or LCSW preferred, but open to other license types
Couples Therapist
Contract Medication Provider
Contract Therapist: Must be independently licensed

Clinical Supervision
As part of our teaching model, we offer weekly clinical supervision towards licensure to those employed at IMHA. We offer both individual and group supervision options.
On-Going Training Opportunties
Employees and contractors receive access to free and discounted trainings through the Arizona Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training as a benefit of employment at IMHA.
Flexible Work Hours
IMHA is open 7 days a week, allowing employees to set their own hours in order to have the flexibility to work around family and personal commitments.

Collaborative Work Environment
IMHA has a variety of staff, each specializing in their own area. At IMHA, we believe in a collaborative approach of utilizing the resources, education and knowledge base within the practice to help us each grow as practitioners. As a member of the team, you have the opportunity to provide or take a training from a staff member, in-house referrals, and access to consultations with other staff.
